It means that it is partly a religion but not all. Then why did I call it Sekai-Meshiya-Kyo? It was inevitable since it is the innovative act of salvation which no one has imagined since the dawn of history. It sounds easier to understand and more approachable than an uncommon name. Frankly speaking, you just think that it is a religion beyond other religions or super religion and an unprecedented act of salvation.
